Refund policy

Saptraag hopes that you never have to return a product. Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner.

Most items are eligible for returns (and refunds), except for personal use items falling under Herbal and Ayurveda, Spices and Seasonings, Body Care, Pet Care, Gourmet, Attar and Perfumes etc.

You can raise a request for returning the products purchased from us within 24 hours (twenty-four) hours of receiving the product. The items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, invoice, tags, boxes, plastic wrap).

Upon the request received, we shall share you the confirmation and shipping label for the return to your registered email ID within 48 hours (excluding weekly offs and public holidays). You are requested to handover the return to our courier partner. Once the return is received, the returned package will be inspected for any damage or missing articles by the team of Saptraag. Post inspection the 70% of the product cost shall be refunded to your bank account. Amount deducted are for the time and efforts of the employees packing and processing your order.

Customized orders or the order placed under any offers/schemes/opt-ins/promotions etc. are not subject to return.

However, in case you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request an exchange.
